 Amazing Athletes Registration & TuitionHow to Register Registration Form Download, print, and fill out the registration form and and return it with a check back to your school. If you have any questions or would like more information about a free Amazing Athletes session, please contact Amazing Athletes at 949.291.3147 (corporate office), or email info@amazingathletesinc.com, or contact your nearest franchise directly for information. Tuition Payment PoliciesPlease make monthly tuition payable to Amazing Athletes, Inc. by the 1st of every month. Payments after the 5th of every month will result in a $10 late fee, and there is a $20 fee for bank returned checks. There is an annual registration fee for processing and insurance, in return your child will receive a Free Amazing Athletes T-Shirt upon enrollment. Our policy regarding absenteeism is the same as school. No refunds will be given if your child is absent, or for classes that land on public holidays. If you need to withdraw your child from the program you must give 2 weeks written notice (please put the notice in the payment deposit box at your child's school), otherwise you are still responsible for payment of your account. |
